Keylab Glastechnologie at the 99th Glass Technology Conference in Würzburg
At the 99th Glass Technology Conference in Würzburg, the Keylab Glass Technology presented several scientific papers. The conference once again served as an important platform for the exchange of current research findings and technological developments in the field of glass technology.
As part of the technical presentations, scientists from the Keylab Glass Technology presented the following papers:
Frank Bayer: “EDX and XPS Investigation of Combined Chemical Strengthening and Flame Treatment of Float Glass”
Hamid Reza Sharafi: “Investigation of Eutectic Molten Salts for the Matting of Glass”
Dr. Andreas Rosin: “Predictive Determination of Glass Formation Probability for Unknown Compositions Using a Hybrid Thermodynamic and Data-Driven Workflow”
The Keylab Glass Technology was also represented in the poster session:
Peter Probst: “Influence of Microbial Degradation of Organic Residues During Stockpiling of Waste Glass Cullets”
Amelie Ferbert: “Dip-Coating for the Cold-End Coating of Glass Containers”
With these presentations, the Keylab Glass Technology showcased the diversity of its current research activities and used the conference as an opportunity for professional exchange with representatives from academia and industry.
